About
— Background
After spending over a decade as a designer building product for multimillion-dollar brands and startups, I understand what drives conversions and how to turn insight into actionable solutions. It's a focus on the outcome of great experiences rather than the output of design artifacts.
I design products that grow revenue and solve user needs. As a result, I have deep expertise in product strategy, human-center design, early-stage experimentation, user research, and different forms of validation testing—all of which I consider critical inputs to inform design decisions.
When leading design teams my focus is on cross-discipline collaboration and a shared vision of the end goal. I am a consistent mentor, I create space for goal-setting that leads to growth and career progression. I lead design teams focused on problem-solving rather than feature proliferation, speed time to activation, and revenue growth.
